Ø 1,0 x 34 x 12 mm. High performance twist drill suitable for all normal drilling in conventional materials. – High performance ground twist drill consisting of heavy-duty high speed steel. The fully ground twist drill has a more precise concentricity.
The TiN wear resistant coating increases the surface hardness to approx. 2,300 HV and the heat resistance to 600 °C. Achieves longer tool life with increased cutting values.
Application areas: for steel, alloyed and unalloyed cast iron (up to a strength of 1100 N/mm²), grey, malleable, ductile and die-cast iron, sintered iron, nickel silver, graphite, short chipping aluminium alloys, brass and bronze.
